His pursuit of quality leads him to grow exceptional varieties. The finest of these being Gesha. The rich and fertile soil, as well as the cool nights of this region leads to a highly complex and developed cup. This coffee being naturally processed and dried in the cherry brings exotic flavors and characteristics of fruity fermented sweetness.
